Chameleon Asset Management further expands its investment expertise across key areas
Basel / Zurich, 1 June 2026 – Chameleon Asset Management AG is further strengthening its investment team in a targeted manner. With the addition of Andreas Heeb, Dr. Peter Reinmuth and Beat Keiser, three highly experienced investment specialists are joining the firm in key areas of expertise: Fixed Income, Convertible Bonds and Equities.
Andreas Heeb joins as Head Portfolio Management and will be responsible for the further development of the firm’s Fixed Income strategies. He brings more than twelve years of experience in international bond markets, both on the sell side and in active portfolio management. Following positions at Barclays in London, Frankfurt and Zurich, as well as with independent asset managers in the Zurich area, he combines in-depth expertise in active portfolio management, trading, risk management and issuer capital structure analysis. In his new role, he will be responsible, among other areas, for strategies in high yield, subordinated bonds, CHF bonds and convertible bonds.
Dr. Peter Reinmuth joins the team as Head Convertible Bonds and Senior Portfolio Manager. He has almost 30 years of experience in international financial markets and more than two decades of proven expertise in the global convertible bond market. Most recently, he spent more than twelve years at Schroders in Zurich as Head of Convertible Bonds and Senior Portfolio Manager, where he was responsible for establishing and leading the global centre of expertise for convertible bonds within the Schroders Group. With one of the longest track records in this asset class, he brings additional depth to a market segment that has long been one of Chameleon’s core areas of expertise.
Beat Keiser joins Chameleon as Head Equities. He has more than 20 years of experience in equities, with a focus on Swiss, European and global equity markets. Following positions at Sarasin, IFBC and Kepler Cheuvreux, he was most recently Head Equities at Rothschild & Co in Zurich, where he was responsible for the equities business. As portfolio manager of the global LongRun Equity Fund and through his experience in concentrated quality strategies, he combines in-depth company analysis with active portfolio management. In his new role, he will be responsible for research and portfolio management in equities and will also contribute his equity expertise to existing strategies.
